Walking To The beach From SunnysideThe beach is only 4 minutes walk from the chalet. First you walk across the grassed area in front of the chalet

| Next walk across the front of the area in front of the grassed area in front of the next horseshoe of chalets

As you pass the last chalet there is a slight slope down to a gate and out of the site onto a slipway

| The slipway is steep and you are soon at the beach

Turn right to see th far end of colwell bay.

| If you look straight ahead you can see Hurst castle across the water

Turning left gives you aview towards Colwell.
|
| Walking this way the beach becomes sandier.
|  |
 |
The closer you get to the Colwell Bay road to the beach the more people you will find on a sunny day. There are ice cream stands and a little teashop by the road when you get there.

| Looking back
you can see the whole sweep of Colwell Bay. You can see the flag flying from the Chalet that you could see when we set out.
