Overlooking the Solent, famous Needles
and lighthouse the chalet is set in an extensive complex of over 40 acres of beautiful countryside at Brambles
Chine (managed by Linstone Chine Holiday Village ). It is a lovely area good for walking, bird spotting and taking in the
fabulous sea views .
It is better equiped than most chalets on the site and also has a view of the Needles from the front room. (which most of the chalets do not). It has a washer/tumble dryer (which is more convenient than using the site laundrette); a video and digital freeview box as well as a television; a microwave and a dishwasher. Linen and towels are supplied which may cost you extra in other chalets. There are well-lawned playing areas and a few minutes walk away (400m) is the safe
sandy beach of Colwell Bay.
The chalet lies on the coastal path and is close to many beautiful walks. This is the ideal holiday chalet for an enjoyable family holiday or for that well-earned
relaxing break to get away from it all.
The chalet has been tastefully furnished and has this year we have retained our 3 star grading with the English Tourist Board for the third year running.
Accommodation is for 4 to 6 people plus baby. With an open plan lounge-dining area and kitchenette which includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher,
automatic washer/dryer and work station. The lounge area has two comfortable settees, one providing a double bed facility. Also in the lounge there's the colour TV and Video,
a radio, dining table and 6 chairs. There are plenty of family games, books and holiday literature for your interest and relaxation.
DOGS: unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the site, other than those belonging to the owners of the chalets.
Bedroom 1 has a quality king-size double bed with all bed linen and duvet provided. It has a pine built-in wardrobe, twin chests of drawers, and bedside lighting.
Bedroom 2 is suitable for children or adults and has a luxury 4 foot bunk bed with single over. Duvets and bed linen are provided, there is also a wardrobe, mirrors,
chest of drawers and bedside
lighting. The pretty seaside themed bathroom includes toilet, wash basin and over-bath shower.
Heating - The bedrooms have electric panel convector heaters. The bathroom has a wall fan heater. The lounge has a wall gas heater. Water is heated by a gas boiler.
There is no charge for gas or electricity. There is a payphone in the chalet for your convenience which can take incoming calls.
A cot and high chair are available. Cot bed linen is not provided.
There is a patio with picnic benches and car parking space directly outside at the rear of the bungalow, also easy parking should you have more than one vehicle.
